MEMBER ENROLLMENT

Terms of Agreement

Buyer must provide a State ID & a Debit Card/Credit Card to activate the Agreement. Card provided will be put on file to deduct payments automatically. Date will be set depending on students first day of class at the academy.

Buyer, in exchange for Martial Arts and Fitness services, agrees to make 12 payments of $175.00 or $199.00 or $249.00 per month starting with the first payment that has been provided and will be active on students first day of classes at the academy.

Buyer authorizes TRAINING ZONE NYC to deduct the monthly payments from a Debit Card/Credit Card account that will be provided and indicated within the Agreement upon students first day of classes at the academy.

If the Buyer decides to upgrade the Agreement to add additional classes, TRAINING ZONE NYC reserves the right to charge an additional fee to cover the cost of these classes. The fee will be determined by TRAINING ZONE NYC and will incur at the beginning of the upgrade.

Buyer is aware that TRAINING ZONE NYC will charge fees for events (includes testing) held at TRAINING ZONE NYC. Buyer acknowledges that these fees are implemented and will arise throughout the course of the Agreement. Buyer recognizes that these events are recommended but are not deemed mandatory.

If the Buyer desires to freeze the Agreement before the end date, there will be a $35.00 monthly inactivity freeze fee per student, per month. Buyer can only freeze the Agreement for a period not to exceed 2 months. Buyer understands that the fee is non-refundable and its only purpose is to freeze the Agreement and will not decrease the amount of months left in the Agreement. If Buyer decides to freeze the account, TRAINING ZONE NYC will automatically add additional month(s) to end of the Agreement.

If the Buyer desires to terminate the Agreement before the end date, there will be a $350.00 early termination fee per student, payable at TRAINING ZONE NYC.

If the Buyer desires to transfer his/her Agreement to another individual, a transfer fee will be assessed to cover our costs which will not exceed $35.00.

The Buyer hereby subscribes to "opt in" to e-mail lists compiled by TRAINING ZONE NYC for the purposes of notifying Members of important updates and information plus promotional information on product and service specials.

If Buyer enrolls a student that is under 18 years of age, student must be accompanied by parent/guardian/cardholder on the first day of class in order to activate the Agreement.

Student must activate Agreement within 30 days of payment in order to receive the promotional rate. If the Agreement is not activated within this time, TRAINING ZONE NYC reserves the right to remove the student from the promotion. No refund will be given for payment provided.
